Responsibilities:

  • Analyse/validate Users stories and Use cases, identfy feasibility.
  • Experience with Azure Devops for Test planning, Test Execution and Defect Reporting/Tracking.
  • Experience with automation tools for test automation and execution.
  • Execute different testing approaches like Functional, Integration, API, Compatibility and Regression testing
  • Design and Develop automation scripts.
  • Track defects to closure
  • Retest defects post fix
  • Must have high level attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing test cases
  • Experience in executing test cases
  • Experience with system testing / Integration Testing / Regression Testing / UAT / Pre-Prod / QA Test Environments
  • Experience in raising the defects / re-testing / regression testing
  • Experience with testing Selenium Web driver, with Java.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Complete knowledge of the Bench Sales Process.
  • Experience with handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to submitting the Bench Consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants.
  • Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
  • Knowledge of Employment Type: Corp to Corp, W2, 1099.
  • Regular interaction and Follow-up with consultants, identifying their needs and placing them onto projects accordingly.
  • Well versed with H1 process and H1 Transfers.
  • Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.
  • Experience working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and social media Platforms.
  • Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
  • Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep updated on a daily basis regarding marketing.
  • Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with vendors and recruiting teams for any new requirements.
  • Update and maintain weekly, monthly reports of Interviews scheduled and placements done.
